'To Zennor' is hand painted in acrylic paint on canvas, measuring 20x51cm. It is an unframed original. 
 
This painting is part of the plein-air collection, painted in-situ on Porthmeor Beach, St Ives. It depicts the view of the coastal path, to Zennor, from the beach. Working with the motion of time, the painting is loose and respondent to changing weather, wave formations and colour. Tiny fragments of sand are encapsulated, the wind pushing drips of paint across the fabric; the piece is entirely dependent on a moment in time.
